Reflection of the Month

Every other month, we gather for an hour and a half to continuously improve our professional practice of deepening human connection and supporting meaningful engagement in our organizations and community. We will have the opportunity to apply a Reflective Practice (RP) framework developed by Tzofnat and reflect and learn from our experiences.
For the long term, we are looking to build a permanent membership to create the conditions for systematic learning, including trust and safety, familiarity with the goals and process, and a commitment to share cases for reflection. However, at this point, new members are welcome!
The subsequent dates will be July 27th, September 27th, and November 29th. We look forward to seeing you next week.
