An ongoing Practitioner Circle about Dialogue in Organisations.  It is based on the assumption that organisations are inherently fragmentary by there structure of specialisation (resulting in limited awareness of the whole) and delegation of power through vertical and lateral power lines (resulting in limited understanding and accountability for the whole).
