The development has been carried out through the project Renewing Dialogues in Social and Health Care – Leadership, Well-Being and Productivity (European Social Fund Development, 2019–2021). The project aims to promote dialogue and work well-being in Finnish workplaces. The project is national and will be implemented in nine Finnish provinces, coordinated by Tampere University and funded by the European Social Fund (ESF, Ministry of Social Affairs and Health) and consortium organisations. The project’s pilot organisations are providing services for the elderly and child welfare services (child protection and special education).
