If you cannot find this email, go to and click ‘Lost your password.’ Submit the email address you registered with for the conference and you will receive a password reset email. Follow the instructions and this will enable you to create your account and log in to the Conference Centre. 

Q: I pressed ‘Lost your password?’ but got the error message “There is no account with that username or email address.”

If you have more than one email address that you typically use, submit each address in the field. 

If it still shows the same error message, please email and tell us that there is no account registered to you. Please give us as much information as possible so we can resolve the issue for you quickly. 

Q: How do I join the sessions?

Each session can be accessed via the Conference Centre ( by pressing the ‘Zoom link’ button.

In some places, the session block will say ‘Choose and book a Participatory Dialogue.’ Here, you have a choice of one session out of twelve possible sessions. The sessions within these blocks require booking. To do so, click ‘More info’ and then ‘Book attendance now.’ If you go back to the Lobby and refresh your page, you will see a Zoom link on your schedule. Please only book one session per block as we have limited spaces - there is one booking block per day.

Q: I don’t remember which session I signed up to. 

If you have booked a session, you should see in red writing ‘You have chosen this session’ underneath the title of the session and the Zoom link to join.
